A couple weeks ago we announced our next Text-to-Give project to serve French-speaking pastors and leaders in Africa.
All donations made via text message from January 31 – February 4 will help underwrite the production of 28,000 copies of The Dangerous Duty of Delight (Au Risque d'Être Heureux).
Serving in Mission International (SIM) will receive 18,000 of those copies to distribute in their Francophone Pastors Book Set Project through their networks in Africa. The remaining 10,000 copies will be going into our International Outreach theological food bank for us to distribute to French speakers elsewhere in the world as the opportunities arise (which they constantly do!).
We invited you to pray about this project, and for those who felt led, to contribute to our $18,000 need before the Pastors Conference begins. And God is providing! We have already received more than $7,000 for this project. We are very grateful to God and encouraged by this support.
